Scooter came to us emaciated, covered in maggots and unable to move due to his condition. We began fostering after they flushed the magots and began his healing process. Scooter had a quick turn around and was popular among potential adopters. Now he lives happily with a sister named Bella and a mom who spoils him like her own child.
