Meet our newest hero Lola
Lola arrived at Heroic Tails Sanctuary with visible scars and an invisible burden of mistrust.
She will be with us for the next month as she goes through heartworm treatment. During this time we hope to help her with her confidence and let her personality shine through.
Now, Lola is rediscovering joy in small but meaningful ways—a tentative tail wag, a playful pounce on a toy, and the courage to seek affection. While her forever home has yet to find her, Lola's progress has been extraordinary. At Heroic Tails, she is not just another dog with a rough past; she is a symbol of resilience and hope. Until the perfect family arrives, the sanctuary remains her safe haven, offering her all the love and support she deserves.
